I don't know all the details at this point, But I agree about the up-listing at this point.. Rumor has it that CEO Mark Schaftlein has stated a merger between pfeh & epcg... I don't know if this will qualify this for the up-listing... Just going by what I was told through the grape vine... I hold a boat load of shares that I bought in the lows, Haven't sold one share yet!!! So let see what pans out...
My guess is the PPS will continue to rise IMO... I've been in this for over a year and never seen trading like this with EPCG... Good luck to you and everyone involved...

EPCG = Goldig und sehr explosiv - nächste Woche 0,005 und 0,01+ und mehr möglich $$

Ein Merger in is Planung zwischen PFEH und EPCG und eine UP-Listing zu einem höheren Börsenplatz, so was man aus dem IHUB hört.

;) Ich kaufe morgen und die Tage kräftig nach und bei einem O/S von 467 ist es sehr explosiv $$$$
