Atrium European Real Estate Limited (the "Company") announces that, further to the announcement it made on 17, November 2008 regarding authorization for the repurchase of up to EUR75 million nominal value of the notes issued under the Company's guaranteed medium term note programme 2006 (ISIN XS0263871328), it has repurchased notes with a nominal value of EUR43.425 million.
The purchases were made between 27 November 2008 and 4 December 2008.
