lmost half of President Joe Biden's current 22.2 million followers on Twitter are fake accounts, according to an audit tool provided by software company SparkToro.

SparkToro's tool found that 49.3 percent of accounts following the official @POTUS Twitter account are "fake followers" based on analysis of a number of factors, including location issues, default profile images and new users.

Ich denke man darf da schon den Kollegen bei Twitter eher glauben als Ego-Elon. Gibt ja ausführlichen Tweet mit Erklärung dazu. Es ist aber auch egal, weil entgegen der von Musk indizierten öffentlichen Darstellung hat er deshalb kein Rücktrittsrecht. Er hat im Übernahmevertrag mit Twitter auf Due Dilligence explizit verzichtet und die Hürden da rauszukommen sind juristisch fast unüberwindlich. Er versucht bloß den Preis eines für ihn schlecht gewordenen Deals neu zu verhandeln.
