Erste Group Bank AG will buy out minority shareholders in Czech lender Česká spořitelna a.s. to take full control of the unit after the planned buyout was approved at the Oct. 3 general meeting of the Czech bank's shareholders, E15 reported. Erste already owns 98.97% of Česka spořitelna shares.
